Chef Gray is the Founder and Head Chef of Gourmet Gray, a premium Afrofusion catering and events company rooted in Ghanaian heritage, African flavour, and refined hospitality.

Her love for food began in the kitchen, learning from her mother and grandmother, where she discovered that food was more than a meal. It was family, culture, memory, celebration, and love. Those early lessons shaped her deep respect for Ghanaian cuisine and the power of food to bring people together.

Over time, Chef Gray's exposure to food across West and Central Africa, from Ghanaian and Nigerian flavours to Congolese influences and wider African culinary traditions, helped shape her creative approach. Combined with international exposure and professional hospitality training, she developed a style that blends African soul with modern presentation and elegant service.

Through Gourmet Gray, Chef Gray creates premium catering and event experiences for corporate functions, weddings, private celebrations, bespoke menus, and curated occasions. Her mission is to make African food feel beautiful, accessible, and globally appreciated while honouring the culture and heritage it comes from.
